A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain put on the front surface of your tooth. When compared to natural teeth, it does look white and healthy and is thus the perfect enhancement of your smile.

To upgrade your smile, we will first remove a small amount of the tooth surface to permit placement of the veneer. An impression is taken of the tooth and sent to the dental laboratory.

On your second visit, you’ll be able to see a wax shape of your new smile and the dental veneer is then made to fit the tooth and mouth. The veneer is bonded to the tooth with resin cement.

All in all, inserting a veneer is a very easy non-invasive procedure. As a result it’s mainly used for aesthetic purposes, so if you’re looking for an easy way to simply have a beautiful smile, a veneer might as well be just what you’re looking for!
