Endodontics means the treatment of a root canal and it’s used when tooth decay has reached as far as the dental nerve and starts causing substantial pain. It’s an effective and rather simple treatment which can help save the decaying tooth. The tooth is not removed, instead, it’s treated and once healthy, it causes no further problems.

As time passes, cavities naturally appear in your teeth. To treat them, we first remove the decayed portion of the tooth and then “fill” the area on the tooth where the decayed material was removed. Fillings are also used to repair cracked or broken teeth.

To whiten your teeth, we use the Beyond Whitening system by the renowned American company Beyond Dental & Health. When undergoing teeth whitening, we first perform dental hygiene and then cover your teeth with a layer of whitening gel activated by an acceleration lamp. Although the procedure is repeated three times, we’re still done within an hour.

Regular dental hygiene is key to keeping a healthy smile as it helps you avoid a lot of problems and saves a lot of money. Dental hygiene includes removing tartar, plaque and pigment and helps prevent tooth decay. That’s also why we generally recommend it at least twice a year.

When you hear the words “oral surgery,” you may think of a hospital setting, general anaesthesia, and one or more days in recovery. However, many dental procedures performed in a general dental office are considered oral surgery and may take as little as a few minutes to complete.

The most recognised form of oral surgery is tooth extraction, but it also includes corrective jaw surgery and dental implants, which we specialise in. Oral surgery also plays a significant part in detection and treatment of oral diseases.
