All on 4 and All on 6

Get the revolutionary All On 4 and All On 6 dental implant techniques and replace a whole arch of teeth in less than a day!

Both All On 4 and All On 6 dental implants are great permanent solutions for people who have lost a lot of teeth and want to regain their smile. Overall, the adjustment and recovery period are minimal and it won’t take long for you to forget the implants are even there.

It basically means all of your new teeth are fixed on four implants, with two of them in the corners of your jaw bone and two in the middle. A 12-part fixed denture is secured to them, meaning you only need four implants rather than many more.

The most obvious difference between All On 4 and All On 6 dental implants is the number of implants that are added. All On 4 utilises four implants, while All On 6 uses six implants. All On 6 provides better strength and stability and provides added stimulation and strength to your jawbone.

Well, it certainly makes sense money-wise, doesn’t it? It’s also healthy and aesthetic: whether you want to get rid of your removable denture or really want all of your teeth restored, All On 4 and All on 6 are both perfect solutions. They are also particularly useful in those specific cases when bone replacement is not possible. And it’s quick – we’re done in two to three hours!

You only have to visit us a couple of times. On your first visit, we’ll get an up-to-date picture of the situation by x-raying your mouth. Then, we’ll be able to draw up a treatment plan – we’ll tell you why and what we’re going to do and make sure we get the go-ahead from you. We will then carefully proceed with the treatment. All of it is done under local anaesthesia, so you won’t feel a thing, but should there be good reasons, complete anaesthesia is also available at our clinic. Our qualified implantologists will first insert titanium screws or rods into your jawbone, place an extension (also called an abutment) on top of them and then put a temporary fixed denture onto them. This will do for the time being. On your second visit, the temporary fixed denture is replaced by a fixed prosthesis and that’s it, we’re done. That’s all of your teeth done in one go!
